His chances of getting something in the IT field with a reputable company were ruined a long time ago and his experience with that Australian company is so old it's practically useless.
If by some rare chance Josh got something, he would not try to sabotage the company. Daniel had nothing to lose, because there was always Kiwifarms and his lifestyle as a drifter doing seasonal work. Josh on the other hand, if he gave up kiwifarms for an IT job and then ended up getting fired, he would be in hot water big time.
Right now? $0. He's got the forum costs paid for at least 2 years. Remember he did a financial scam fundraiser for $15K(?) and ended up getting $36K that he claims was for forum costs. Without looking back on previous posts, the numbers are from memory but probably not exact. This is not to be confused with the KF warchest of $160K he raised to sue people with and fight KF's enemies. But then he just sent most of it to Viny Zhen in Australia who was being sued by LFJ. He flushed all that money down the drain because Viny lost the case, and bent the knee to LFJ, totally denouncing the KF. At this point, Josh has run so many fundraiser scams, it's hard to keep track of them. The KF $160K warchest came from Josh watching Keffals with jealousy, grift his audience of 100K pretending to be attacked by KF; Keffals flew to Ireland and spent it all on drugs. Josh did the opposite of the Keffals grift and said, "Give me money to fight against the people trying to destroy us, the Kiwi Farmers, like Keffals and LFJ!" He got the 160K, and allegedly wasted most of it (btw to this day there is no proof it was spent on litigation or sent to Viny). Josh then traveled all across Europe and Ireland, taking pics with his new fancy camera. And then talked about how beautiful Ireland and its cliffs were and how he drove across the country in a car.

"Proactive" implies he's actually doing something that will change minds among serious politicians, when he's really just harassing random aides and secretaries and sending angry tweets while encouraging his paypigs and desperate rightoids to do the same.
