pretty much. i see way more interesting shit on twitter than kiwifarms now, and their lack of lolcows really is making the site vestigial. you can see better posts on twitter vs the A&N, you can see bigger scoops on lolcows on fucking reddit than the lolcow section.

the off topic stuff is semi-interesting, but thats because the threads are so slow and used by fans.

Kiwifarms is right for once.

This is the same Jim that memed on Sargon endlessly for taking Internet politics too seriously and bringing it into the real world. Jim is now becoming the same terminally online politisperg as UKIP-era Sargon. Maybe Jim should go out and buy a suit to celebrate.

On the bright side, there can't be that many churches in rural Minnesota, so we might finally get the elusive Jim facedox if some fan or A-Log is willing to comb through every church in the area.

Jim is a dying man where he doesn't have much time left in the world and last I heard his condition has gotten worse so he's now mostly spending time with friends and family until he finally kicks the bucket.

I don't really care if he is grifting with religion. In anything, I don't think he is grifting with religion at all. If Jim really wanted to grift with religion then he would've done this in his younger years rather than on his death bed (because money is useless to you when you're dead, it's only useful to you when you're alive).

How do you turn an atheist into a true believer? When people who were never religious in most of their life to begin with and when they're on their death bed, they turn to religion for comfort.

Nobody really knows what happens after we die. Is there an afterlife? Do we reincarnate? Or is it just light's out? Nobody knows for sure. It's the fear of the unknown that is naturally found in everyone. If we cannot understand something then we fear it because we don't know if it can hurt us or not.

Everyone has to go sooner or later. When you're young you think you have forever, you don't have forever. Make the most out of your life because you never know if tomorrow will be your last. No one escapes death, everyone has to exit the stage eventually.

He's been a dying man for years, which is why it's practically a meme at this point.

At first it was heartbreaking, but now it's like it wouldn't have mattered at all if he announced it because he's still doing what he's been doing even before the hospital visits and stent.

I'll admit, I stopped paying attention to Metokur after that big hospital announcement stream he did way back because I thought for sure he was going to go off the grid while he focused on his health, especially since he nuked all of his shit. So I honestly don't know how bad the whole Metokur situation has gotten outside of him being more freely open about his Otaku-ism.

What i don't get is what users like The Lawgiver are being fucking cranky about. This is the same man that was one of the figureheads of GamerGate and uploaded right-leaning political videos bashing the crazy left and SJWs when he first started using the Metokur name (before he dissapeared and then came back to do lolcow-ish stuff like the DeviantArt stuff and Channel Awesome), but him leaning even more right is "skinwalkery"???
