If someday the legal system were to bring down Kiwi Farms, it's not going to be by the hands of some retarded sped or troon. If and when the day comes that a lawsuit shows up with a very strong case against Kiwi Farms, it's going to be by the hands of someone that is smart and competent while they also don't think on emotions to bring down Kiwi Farms.

Best example I can think of is Alex Jones and his past statements about the Sandy Hook shooting. Around a decade ago, Alex Jones used his platform to say that the Sandy Hook shooting was a false flag and the families of the victims are paid actors; around a decade later Alex Jones lost everything in a defamation lawsuit against him and now he owes billions to the Sandy Hook families over his past statements.

It's not going to be some autist or some troon that will bring down Kiwi Farms, it's going to be someone that will learn from the mistakes of the people in the past that tried to sue Kiwi Farms before and they will find a weakness in the Kiwi armor that they will exploit with extreme prejudice. Sooner or later, Jersh will someday meet his match and there will be no escape for him; someday some punk that sues Kiwi Farms will get lucky and bring down KF permanently.

No offense taken. The case itself is super dry and boring. I did my best to summarize it and that's really all you need to know. Greer wanted his content removed because retards were stealing his book. Josh refused and doxxed him and published the takedown. Greer sued. Greer won and established a precedent because of Josh having his temper tantrum. Said precedent makes it so if Josh does it again you can sue Josh personally as well as his business.

Josh has had a similar temper tantrum with me.

It's going to be Take It Down lawsuits/copyright lawsuits that sink it. Josh is a fucking retard and has already shown he refuses to follow the law. Once the civil aspects of Take It Down come into effect he is beyond fucked. He already refuses to obey the DMCA and has been sued successfully several times and is being sued currently under it. Take It Down is going to be far more brutal to him as the penalties will be much higher. He'll end up broke and homeless and the Kino Casino will laugh at him like they laugh at Ralph. He honestly is going to do it to himself but the people he surrounds himself with aren't much better. He knowingly had a pedophile as a mod. He had a make believe girlfriend as a sock. He sweeps for Warski who live streamed CP. Many such cases.

The case is on-going, but parts of the case has set precedent. The court ordered Greer to pay a sum to Josh which he is avoiding.

Fong Jones never sued Josh personally. He sued Vincent Zhen, whose Australian business Josh used to keep the site running smoothly. Neither Josh nor Zhen bothered to respond to the lawsuit so Fong Jones won by default in Australian court and the appeal was dismissed (I cannot recall if it was on the merits of free speech or because of procedural issues). Josh spent tens of thousands of dollars of funds he promised would be used to sue Kiwi Farms's enemies to pay the legal fees for his number one enemy.

Josh is bad at lawsuits. He once almost lost to the crazy hicks who think they are Jews because he did not file a response so lost by default and had to pay five figures to get that judgement overturned. The self-inflicted loss to Greer is another fine example. Josh might easily lose an important lawsuit over something retarded. All we can hope for is that such a case does not set a bad precedent against actual free speech on the internet.

Josh blowing upwards of 100K on Vinny Zhen is one the biggest losses anyone has taken in the sector. Josh raised money, sent it to his friend, who then settled privatedly with Josh's blood-enemy LFJ. Josh basically indirectly transferred anywhere from 10K-100K from KF'ers into LFJ's pocket. More people should cover this and expose it for the scam it was. But there is a conspiracy between Josh Moon (and all KF users), Kino Casino, and Metokur to shield Josh from criticism bc there is so much audience overlap. I can't imagine the sunk cost fallacy KF'ers must experience when they keep donating to Moon and get nothing from it.

KF'ers must be thinking: Well Josh lost but I only donated $50. No big loss for me.
Josh must be thinking: Well, Vinny lost and I wasted the money but oh well. It wasn't my money anyway. It was my audience's so nothing lost. Not my problem. Vinny's fault.

TLDR: Josh has become the biggest financial scammer in the sector but gets away with it bc of the false narrative that KF is some free-speech lynchpin of the internet.
