The entire reason a lot of defamation cases do not succeed is they can't even prove damages, let alone the other party knowingly lying with intention to do harm, even if what they are saying is untrue. But in null's circumstances of having hosted CP one of his sites it wouldn't even be defamation to assume he is a pedophile based on that because people have been put on a registry for less. If anything drawing attention to it will make everyone realize it's true.
 
Reason: Never take any advice from null, be it legal, financial, or anything having to do with being a productive member of society.

Drawn cp is still illegal in many places. Both are bad, one is objectively worse and it goes without saying but it doesn't mean both can't be bad. Sort of like just because mao and Stalin beat Hitler's score it doesn't excuse what he did.
 
Reason: In certain us states and some other countries it's still illegal and they don't care if it's drawn.

I often wonder about the Wests odd standards. For example, drawn CP is considered illegal in many places. Yet watching a real Man being defenestrated by a gatling gun in a blockbuster movie is considered fine.

I don't know if anyone can explain for me.
