Maybe it's different for introverts, but online friends never felt genuine, real or legit to me. Friends online come and go, and once they're gone you barely have any memories of them outside of shitposting together while you family and acquaintances go on holidays or just see the world. All you have is "movie nights" with people you know nothing about whatsoever and will probably dissappear once they actually get a life themself. How can you even call them friends at that point? Might aswel be aichatbots, for all you know.
Obviously most friends irl also come and go, but you have actual experiences you can look back on, maybe you visited a nice restaurant or did some hobby together, or went on vacation together - people like Null only have "we shitposted about a fat manlet streamer together", nothing worth reminiscing about. Once the computer is off, it's back to the loneliness and isolation.
I dunno. A long time ago I was in the ZF clan (Soviet Womble on youtube), got kicked out / banned over retarded drama but I still think about a few people there and all we did was play video games and shit like that.
Was also in a few servers when Discord first started before they started banning far-right groups and I occasionally think about "friends" I made there; like one guy who would talk about building hydraulic power armor in his dad's garage and livestream himself walking around walmarts to harass people; whole group fell apart when a few of the UK fags got arrested for burning down churches and being affiliated with O9A
Point being though; I still think about some of these people wondering how their lives are going, if they're still alive, and so on and I'm not an introvert

Null has said multiple times that he doesn't like or even recognize the majority of the current users of Kiwi Farms. I won't make an argument for or against the concept of "online friends", but when you base your entire online persona around doxing, mocking and messing with people online and in real life like Null has, no one is going to want anything to do with you unless they think they can use you for something to benefit themselves.
