Didn't Jersh's mother used to be a real estate agent until she was fired because of guilt by association with her son Jersh?

Real estate is a very lucrative business. Jersh could've teamed up with his mother and be a mother and son duo selling houses and renting out properties so he can live a comfortable lifestyle. Jersh could've been making some serious bank by selling and renting out properties.

But Jersh threw that away because he wants to make Chris-Chan his bitch.

Jersh had options but he threw them away when he decided to run Kiwi Farms.

Jersh could've had a nice fancy two story house, may probably have a Corvette or a Ferrari in his driveway, and own some expensive watches if he decided to pursue a career in real estate with his mother instead.

This literately could've been Jersh's life had he choose to sell off Kiwi Farms and work with his mother in real estate instead and I'm not exaggerating:

I love the crowdfunding thread for Shiloh Hendrix so much. It's the perfect example of modern day Kiwi Farms, nothing but fantasizing about a future genocide of blacks and saying that white single mothers are based. Anyone who goes against it get slaughtered, there was even a moment were Awssum Possum came in and mocked them, which I guess triggered Odd Opossum-PTSD in some of them, because they flipped out.

You need people skills to do real estate. Can't just tell someone to kill themselves for not accepting your client's offer. And you sometimes have to deal with black people in real estate which Josh cannot do without being triggered by memories of his mom being BLACKED.
