Would you take a pill that removes the need for sleep?

Imagine a pill that makes it so you would never be able to fall asleep again. You also get no tiredness, no health consequences, no negative effects at all—just 24 hours of pure wakefulness every single day for the rest of your life. And the effect is permanent.

Would you take it? What would you do with the extra time? Or would you keep sleeping just because it feels good?

I like to lucid dream so no.

Why not? Seems like a great idea. I mean, perhaps I would consult the scientist who made the pill. Maybe deploying this to the public wouldn't be a good idea.

Nah, sleeping is the one time in the day I get to really brainstorm for the morning. If I never slept I’d never get anything done cause I’d never have that time to organize my thoughts
