Will I get violently ill from drinking unrefrigerated keifer?

I bought some keifer, left it frozen in my car for a few days. Thawed it in my bedroom for a day, and drank it. Is it likely that I could get ill from this?

I feel ill. I think that this was a mistake. The kiefer didn't smell bad, I swear

10 hours. Food poisoning from diary isn't good. Opens up the sluices at both ends.
