Generally Touhou can be split into a few groups I feel. 1)Those that like the music and that's all, examples would be Christina Vee. Acceptable.

2) Those that like that games but don't sperg about the lore or characters. Shitty tastes, but acceptable.

3) Then there are those who obsess over the lore and characters(who are meant to look like minors) and often write disgusting stories regarding them, draw pictures of them in reprehensible situations, and otherwise are equal to or worse than MLP fans. Unacceptable and deserve the rope.

Only group 3 would use a profile pic from Touhou if they knew it would create an issue. I don't think the person posting here knew it would create issues but I can't vouch for them as a person but they don't seem to be MATI posting like another Touhou profile pic user we know, mostly just confused about why Null sperged. So banning anyone using Touhou or other loli/shota profile pics like Zoeyniggers would be a huge step forward to culling actual pedos. But again, Null knows he has a sinking ship that won't survive Take It Down so he's ragequitting.

The closest anyone has come to hinting at shutting down Green Reddit is me with my copyright and anti-doxxing lawsuit which isn't to shutdown the Farms. I explicitly bent over backwards to resolve the situation through DMCA takedowns to avoid a lawsuit. He is the one that threatened legal action and now he's facing the consequences of his actions and cope posting on the daily. That's probably the closest anyone has come besides that Zoey chick doxxing him which, pot meet kettle.

It's just Jocelyn engaging in sympathy baiting much like his debanking nonsense. It's not that he is the victim, it's the consequences of his own stupidity.
