Have you tried locally sourced honey? The idea is you get microdosed with bee pollen that's local to you and become gradually immune to hay fever.

My local honey store sells straight bee pollens. I started using nasal snuff once I got here though, so my allergies have been non-existent. The honey inoculation route is definitely the healthier option.

You know, that might not be a bad idea. I've done some research on it, and it's supposed to help gradually build up your immune system, just like you mentioned. Interestingly, my issues only started after I moved, which makes me think that it might be worth exploring this option further

It definitely will. Much better solution than constantly going on a spirit quest on too much diphenhydramine. If your allergies are that severe then it would be wise to invest in air purifiers and start dusting/vacuuming your drapes, etc.
