my breakfast consists of a cup of black coffee, boiled or scrambled eggs and fruit but before I never really cared about breakfast until I realized how much energy it can give you for the rest of the day.. do you eat breakfast and if you do what do you eat?

Coffee with more milk than creamer and that's about it.
Unhealthy ASF, I know, but I am either too lazy or just straight up forget to eat the first meal of the day sometimes.

fair honestly i make sure to always have a routine meal in the morning consisting of my coffee, eggs and fruit like grape fruit or strawberries. bananas cut up and added to cereal is a good choice too

Weekdays it's black coffee, with half a grapefruit off the tree outside if there's any to be had. On the weekends I'll cook bacon and eggs instead.

Bacon and eggs on the grill beats omelette most days. We have a nice little covered outside cooking bit, so we usually breakfast out there.

this morning i had pancakes with scrambled eggs hash browns coffee..black. i dont always have a full breakfast but it was nice i added salt and pepper, shredded cheese & hot sauce to the eggs.
