Someone told me this dox is suspect because the author is a lolicon v-tuber or some shit. The needed data point to make or break this would be to find out if the suggested person once lived in Illinois, as Welper said he has. It may necessitate using a data broker to look at Garrett's father who was also doxed since Welper would have been underaged at the time
