Taylor never had any real moderating power. He had a few editing privileges in that forum. The reason I did this was he seemed enthusiastic about the forum so I thought it was only fair to give him a chance to prove himself. Nonetheless, it did not work out so I banned him after consulting with other staff.

Okay, this is a little more complicated because when Gays does a post, she will put a lot into it. There are staff that are both for Gays and the people he is in conflict with. I am very very reluctant to throw down the banhammer unless there is a compelling reason to do so after talking with staff.
I don't want you to ban gays. which is ridiclous. we just want you to stop letting her make demands that can affect other people.

To be fair that's how it usually goes messing with lolcows. As seen with basically all of them that get messed with irl.
I doubt anyone is following you. People participate in most threads that catch their interest which you happen to be in. This forum doesn't have as many active threads as kiwifarms so it's like a small town where everyone knows eachother.
The only "noob targeting" i got was
socks neg rating my posts. Which only encouraged me to post more out of spite because i am a self admitted asshole and own it like one should. But she is our farms cow and while is pretty ornery, she still produces plenty of milk for us to enjoy.
I had to use it because gays posts physically made my phone crash. I still occasionally read them if i don't think it's going to make it freeze. Otherwise the site would be mostly unusable for me since he likes to join almost every post and wonder why he thinks "people are following him to threads" when no one cares enough about him to go through that kind of effort in the first place.
Don't forget the part where he complains no one reads his posts after wanting mutual blocking and never reading theirs.
