TLDR, no, M2Fs do not have "female brains trapped in a male body", and no, taking HRT does not make a male brain more female. At worse, HRT will turn an otherwise healthy male brain into a schizo brain.

The reason for brain changes are because hormone mimicking chemicals in food and water that has been known since the early 2000s. It is a mutation caused by outside influences and doesn't naturally happen. They developed brain damage and or mutations such as cancer among other things like lower fertility as a result. They were not always born this way but when they are it can be attributed to it happening during pregnancy. It can also affect their genitals, and it can happen before birth while the mother is pregnant. Gender dysphoria is no different than anorexics who think they're fat or people with body integrity identity disorder. The trans movement is just thinnley veiled eugenics masked by virtue signaling.
