Null was not psychotic. His mother Candice formerly worked as a nurse until she injured her back and could not do it anymore. Then she went into Real Estate and according to Null she actually did pretty good. Walmart may not be the highest paying employer but depending on where you live, these wages overall probably don't deviate very much from the average.

It's more than $15/hour depending on where you are. As a general rule you should use the 3X rule. Your monthly income should be at least 3 times the monthly rent. $15/hour X 40 hours is $600 per week. $600 X 3.4 = $2040/month. You could probably get something in a rust-belt town such as Youngstown or Akron, Ohio.
