I mean if you're going to join the military, you want to be where the action is, boots on the ground. I miss my DCUs. Somebody told me the style has changed from the 2000s one. Some guys got to wear CCUs that were pretty much just a variant of the DCU except with little bells and whistles on them like extra pockets and stuff, but we were never important enough to get that shit.

Fuck dude when I was over there we were so early that we had DCUs and fucking JUNGLE CAMO VESTS that made us stick out like a sore fucking thumb lol.
