I eat a bunch of bullshit ngl, but even when I eat "good" and was on a healthy diet meant to gain weight the pounds didn't stick regardless of how well I ate since my metabolism is probably retarded. I don't really worry about it because my entire life I've always been small even when I was a teenager so it's really a non issue, it's not like I'm at the level of Eugenia Cooney or some shit lol.
