A new category called The Power Brokers has been added which will deal with the politically powerful from countries of interest. Rather than simply doing random news articles, I am going to start internet digging on these people. General news articles will be consolidated since I want to keep this within the realm of a gossip and drama forum.
I have created a subforum called Minor Threads. Minor threads are those lolcow threads that really don't have the substance to stand alone. I have placed the Arm Pit Cream thread here because I get the impression that the thread on lolcow.org has a lot of wrapping but not much of anything in the package.
I have a lolcow classification system which is pretty thorough. I will post more tonight.
I put this designation together on the people we will cover.
Nollywood Cow: Celebrities who are a part of the Nollywood Scene.
Political Cow: Major political figures in the public arena
Classic Celebrity Cow: People who fit the classic definition of a celebrity.
Baseball Cow: People who are in baseball either major league or minor league
Historical Cow: Historical figures who have passed away
Social Justice Warrior Cow: People who are "social justice warriors" and supportive of left-wing social justice issues.
Religious Cow: Cows who are in the religious profession as clergy (ministers, priests, imams), administrative or serve full-time in a religious community
Lolcow: People who fit the definition of a textbook lolcow and don't fall into any other category
Notorious - Horrifying Cow: People who have a reputation for infamy (notorious), are sociopathic, or engage in behavior that an average person would find repugnant.
Furrycow: Public figures whose claim to fame is being a furry
My LIttle Pony Fandom Cow: The fandom of My Little Pony
Cosplay Cow: Public Figures who are prominent cosplayers.
Modeling - Beauty Cow: Public figures - Models, Cosmetics or Beauty Bloggers
Cooking Cow: Public figures associated with cooking shows or cooking drama
Pro-Wrestling Cow: Public Figures associated with pro-wrestling
Internet Celebrity Cow: Public Figures associated with internet blogging such as YouTube.
Legalcow: Public Figures in the legal field such as attorneys.
Public Figure Cow: Public Figures below the level of a celebrity
Skitzcow: A lolcow whose lolcowery shows evidence of being on the Schizophrenia Spectrum
Borderline Cow: Borderline lolcows are people that may be seen low-grade cows or just eccentric depending on the circumstances. While they are by and large pretty ordinary people, they will have their little quirks that make them people of Interest.
Terrorist Cow: People designated with this tag have been classified as active members of a terrorist organization or are lone wolf terrorists.
Artcow: People who are lolcows because of their hilarious art and drama on places like DeviantArt

I am going to dress up the forum and break down the People of Interest Forum into groups that are more entertaining and give this more of a "kiwilike feel" to it. I also want to skim through Twitter and see what cows we can dig up. If this works, I think the political cows will fit in nicely.

If you have a particular complaint or something you like about Onionfarms then post it in this section. I permanently deleted some posts on the South Sudan thread because the thread was getting derailed and going off topic.
I have the domain onionpedia now established. I want to play around with a simple lightweight wiki such as a Dokuwiki. Any suggestions for a good cow with entertaining content? I am thinking of one good lolcow and one good political cow for a cwckipedia like wiki.

Threads about a particular subject (i.e. a person of interest) must stay focused on the topic. Lately there has been a number of posts with the intent of throwing a red herring into the thread with the intent of derailing it. Any such posts will be hard deleted as a quality control measure to bring the threads back on track.
