And has that stopped them from censoring KF to an extreme extent? No, the site would've been gone if Null wasn't so persistent. 8chan is pretty much dead, as are many other attempts at "free speech within US law" websites and forums.

They just circumvent governmental authority through sheer corporate power. The government cannot censor you, but a website needs support, a host, DDoS mitigation, CDN, a domain, etc etc.

If no one does business with you, your site is essentially censored and gone, without the government ever lifting a finger. Let's not be stupid, they don't care about any amendment, they'll go after the support structure instead.

Fact is, if trannies on twitter start a crusade against your site, they'll go after every possible venue and company that your site needs, just to have the site removed. They have no lives, so unlimited time and money, and they spend all of that on DDoSing and spamming tech CEOs.

Had VanwaTech not been here, kf would've been relegated to the dark web. But they'll probably go after VT next.
 
I'm convinced 4chan is basically glowie/bot central by now, and that's the only reason going after them never works or goes anywhere. No media support, no big movements. Somehow they're the only ones to survive being hated by twitter transexuals.

Let me put it like this: As long as you're relying on another company or person for anything, this site will always be at risk. All it takes is an group of people spending their welfare money on an DDoS raid that lasted several days, or annoying the shit out of the people that you're paying until they drop you.

The fact is, unless you're somehow above against nearly everyone else; you're going to get your teeth kicked in by the woke brigade one way or another. It might not happen this year or the next. It might not even occur until we elect another Republican for President. But all it takes is pissing off an pack of mentally deficient kids in neon wigs and they'll eventually go after you instead of just hounding each other. And once that's all said and done, they'll go back to trying to de-platform whatever they deem "problematic."

I migrated to HostGator because they will host controversial content over GoDaddy. If Josh had given a few interviews to the media, he might have had more players on his side.

No way, they would've twisted whatever he said into something negative. Just look at the questions in their emails, most of whom boil down to "do you think your site is justified in harassing and killing innocent trans people???"

They're insanely biased, and they didn't even bother to pretend otherwise. Any interview would've just been used as ammo against him. The media isn't looking for both sides, they just want to reinforce whatever they already believe in. Null already wrote his page about the sites goals, if that doesn't bring someone to his side, then that person already made up their mind long ago.

I seriously don't know about that. I mean yeah there are some people that actually do this stuff on the Kiwifarms (there are even screenshots that prove it) but overall, Null essentially had lost control of his site. The mob won and used his site against others as some sort of personal army which triggered a lot of people.

I believe in the process of fixing the registration issue, permissions, phrases, and templates got overwritten with their defaults. I'll go into the board perms and restore them in just a sec
