Also, this will sound dumb but at this point literately the only way for Trump to save his presidency and prevent the GOP from losing seats next year is if Trump and the GOP collectively legalize weed on a federal level.

I think even Trump knows the American Right is in deep shit (especially after the GOP took a huge beating in those special elections) and he needs a big win to make everyone forget about his mistakes for a while. Trump's approval ratings is also down the toilet so he needs a big win to save the American Right from certain defeat big time.

Legalizing marijuana is literately the only thing that can save him and the GOP now because Trump and the GOP are pretty much screwed unless they take evasive action and win back American voters.

did you come here from 2017? like nigga weed is already legal in 80% of states and the farm bill de-facto legalized it in the last week of 2018. you can buy it in a majority of states now too without a medical card. its not a big deal.

Also, the Democrats are still pro-Israel too. Not as pro-Israel as the GOP but still very much in favor of Israel. Jewish lobbying groups have promoted candidates that end up getting elected in both parties. The American government's support for Israel is not going to wane anytime soon, especially as big money is always involved to shape American foreign policy.

It doesn't matter if it's a Democrat or a Republican in office, Israel is still going to get what they want from America regardless of objections from progressives and dissident righters.

And it's still not legal on a federal level.

Besides, other reasons why marijuana advocates want it legal on a federal level so that they have better access to the banking system.

Lots of banks still won't support weed even in states where it's legal now simply because of federal laws that still scares the banks (because the banks don't want to get in trouble with the feds should the feds grow hostile towards the states where weed is legal) which is why it's still an issue despite it being legal in many states now. Marijuana advocates want weed to no longer be seen as an illegal substance on a federal level anymore so that their business can be fully legitimized.

Glitches and automod shenanigans aside, the internet is considerably free-er than it was in 2015. It used to be you were a Nutzi if you so much as said... you're not interested in Ghostbusters 2016. That's where the "walking on eggshells" feeling came from: it really felt like any random, innocuous thing you said could be (and would be) blasted out of context to have more meaning than it actually did. All the while the SJWs would tell people "you only have problems if you say things that are blatantly racist" when you know that's a lie because you just got called a Nazi for saying you bought a sandwich from Subway or something else that no normal person would think has any greater meaning than face value.

Nowadays, if that happened, most people would take your side against the crazy.

The thing with Kiwi Farms is they've become the SJWs. They'll take any innocuous thing as "you must be taking HRT."

Plus they've moved the goalpost on what counts as "free speech." Most of us would be happy with just being able to have normal conversations without being villified because someone misheard you saying "I can not see" as "I can Nazi."

But Kiwifarms... their definition of "free speech" is "I can say the n-word in public, as much as I want, without consequences. We don't have true free speech until everyone is spamming the n-word." (which would be compelled speech, BTW, and thus against free-speech).

It's kinda funny to think.... I used to cringe a little when I would watch Youtube channels like Pop Arena, and they would stereotype people complaining about "politics in shows" as "being mad there's a non-white person on the screen." Except... that's literally what Kiwifarms IS.

It almost makes Kiwifarms feel like a false flag operation, a place that got subverted just so the left can go "See, we weren't strawmanning after all!" (I'm still pretty sure there's a logical fallacy that's described as "defining a group of people as if the most extreme outliers represent the whole," but the point stands that KF makes it way too easy and anyone with more conservative beliefs would do well to denounce them).
