There is a rumor being started that the hack was orchestrated by one of the mods. This is categorically false. The hack started when someone took advantage of a backdoor on the WordPress site (KennethErwinEngelhardt.com) through either the theme or a plug-in and then managed to introduce a virus into the server.

People cannot access the server or the server control panel through the Moderator or Administrator Control Panels. Only outside developers that I explicitly hire have this access.
