Josh's race obsession is very bizarre and I think it goes beyond the sort of normal edginess of web 1.0. There is certainly a difference between most of the people who post 'I hate niggers' when they really are just talking about the lowest dregs of society who, in America, are usually black. What Josh dosent realize is the identity he internalizes with black people is an identity anyone can have. As @Smeared Mascara said, it’s not a culture where your race makes it that you’re automatically apart of it, nor does your race automatically exclude you from it. I honestly prefer it, as long as it’s not the harmful kind where we’re literally drugging girls to rape them or having 5 kids with no dad. But I feel (read: hope) most people can recognize the difference between a chavvy way you dress and literal crime. If it’s just your lights going off whilst you’re watching Boyz In The Hood whilst eating burnt eggs straight out of the pan then I like it.
