It is. There’s a lot of factors keeping black men from facing their emotions but I’d guess the biggest one is that most of the time they legit just don’t really have “time” for it. It’s no secret that a lot of black people live in crime riddled cities where they sorta have to be the “protector” of their allies, it’s why usually black dudes who live in cushy neighborhoods are more feminine and say their emotions more. Again, this is just a guess from experience.
As for why they’re twice as likely to be molested, I’d guess it’s the underreporting. Same for why black children are more likely to be abused by their parents, we just rarely talk about it.
