Driving out the incels was not the main point of the Lidl alt. The point was to indulge Josh's need to belong to a group he wants to benefit him. This is classic Josh behavior and has been repeated multiple times, establishing a pattern:

Biggest issue with this is that Josh appears too low impulse to engage in this kind of long game. But Josh is psychologically invested in the alt. The alt allowed him to play into his own suppressed dysmorphic fantasy he's had for well over a decade. He had the motivation to make it work.

Notice that this post is thinly-disguised as being butthurt that people don't personally care enough about Joshua Moon's problems with payment processing. Why not just be grateful and happy that people are joining your cause despite it being about some silly porn games on Steam. Nah, you have to cry and whine that people don't like payment processors for the wrong reasons.
