If anything, it’s just that it’s usually the Left Vs. the Right that does it more than simply infighting.

The same thing happened with some of the right-wing Youtube skeptics (like Sargon of Akkad and Edgy Sphinx and Atheism is Unstoppable, if you remember any of these people) from back in the day where they wanted to be the top dogs and they did a lot of backstabbing to be the top dog. Naked Ape (if anyone here still remembers that guy) left the Skeptic community because he predicted the in-fighting and other retarded shit that was going to happen to the right-wing Skeptics and it was going to tear the Skeptic community apart which eventually it did.

It doesn't really matter if it's the Left or the Right, you're going to find retards that want to hoard the power for themselves in any political movement.
