If Kirsche does live in Alabama, she is actually entitled to legal protections from her state's own anti-doxing law as the state of Alabama I believe has since made doxing a crime there around a year ago (joining several other American states that have since made Doxing a crime). There was even a conviction in an unrelated case under this Alabama law not that long ago where some woman was charged with doxing and she took a plea deal (she pleaded guilty to one of the charges related to her actions) to get a reduced sentence in Alabama. When Kirsche addressed many of her controversies with Jim, it became clear that she should have stayed silent. However, she acted as a useful pawn for Jim, as his viewers were mocking her while she hoped Null would reveal information about her. She brought this upon herself. People from Alabama need to know their place.
With the way American politics has been going these days (like loser rabid leftoids doxing ICE agents and other people on the Right), much like how Revenge Porn has since became virtually illegal in America now (with Revenge Porn now being made a felony on a federal level this year), it's only a matter of time until Doxing joins Revenge Porn and be made virtually illegal in America too.
There was an incident very recently this year where some some stupid fuck with an IQ of 50 thought it would be a good idea to pizza dox several members of Congress from both political parties and later on they expanded to pizza doxing some federal judges and Washington D.C. police which has made the U.S. Marshals to investigate these incidents over national security reasons. Now what do you think the glowies are going to do after seeing this happen to members of the federal government? Are the glowies going to stand by and let this happen? No, the glowies will want legal action to address any threats or potential threats to them. Sooner or later, Congress is going to revisit their federal anti-stalking laws and eventually update them to apply them to the Internet in order to punish any more stupid fucks in the future that want to try it.
It's now virtually illegal to post revenge porn on the Internet in America as of this year and eventually the act of doxing will be made virtually illegal too in America someday given how volatile the political sphere is this days.
It's going to happen.
