Radfems might take over the right or at least see some kind of Hegelian synthesis. But don't forget radfems have a pretty well-beaten track record in backing cultural losers. Whereas libfems tend to successfully ride the wave of cultural change, radfems fight it and lose. Sex, pornography, political correctness, fanservice, trannies... radfems typically lose. Their only victory has been reducing pixelated boobs in video games and even that's pyrrhic. Their victory within the right-wing will just be a union between two of the biggest perennial losers in modern history.
Hence I don't really see them "winning" culturally. The loss of incel (or even manosphere/Tatefag) support will hurt more the right more than it suspects. True, incels don't contribute economically or reproductively. But a permaonline radical incel NEET is the right's best footsoldier in the digital trenches against equally online trannies. Once they become disillusioned and apathetic about politics, the internet will return to being a no-go zone for conservatives too busy working and raising families to browse 4chan/twitter 24/7. The loss of cultural presence on the internet will (predictably) spark the right to engage in a digital Benedict option like they always resort to when losing, which will just presage another leftward shift in culture since they're the only ones participating. Like how the internet was mostly left-wing prior to Gamergate.
And the radfems aren't going to take the place of the incels, because radfems have lost every battle they've picked with libfems for over half a century. You can literally see that in the very existence of the BP. Null admitted he grants it special privileges because every other place on the internet is unwelcoming to radfems. Most feminists are pro-tranny. While radfems can exist in predominantly male environments if protected by white knights, the worst enemy of a woman is other women and a woman cannot long stand against a consensus of her own sex. Null's admission is an unconscious statement that radfems are too weak and insignificant to survive beyond his protective white cloak. Like pretty much all Dworkin/Shulamith tier feminists, they die lonely meaningless deaths while the cool sexy libfems who are are totally fine with trannies exercise cultural sway in their abdication.
