However there's a couple people that fit the bill. They seem to upset @Shadfan666xxx000 the most.
I'm not sure they're a sock necessarily but they're a dedicated nuisance. By the looks of it, they're a weird status obsessed retard who tried to start an inquisition on all our socks on that hellgate. They're not really successful either.
