Yeah I used to have allergies most of my life but I think immune system health and the local honey is how you get rid of hay fever type allergies. I've heard lots of anecdotal cases but I haven't had them for years and definitely not since having the honey. It's super easy to take or add to stuff too so it's worth a shot

If it works for you, that's awesome. I'm willing to try anything at this point, so I'll definitely give the local honey a shot. Maybe it'll be the thing that finally helps me out.

I've heard this in at least two places. At least one of them I trust. Give it a try.

On the honey (and most diet related health advice) it's best taken consistently, every day for several weeks at minimum. Also it's best in the morning on an empty stomach. With yogurt, in a smoothie, on its own, in coffee, anything you want. First thing in the morning and regularly. @kiwifails
I don't have it often anymore but you can probably drop down to once a week if you notice improvement.
