Make this a pure lolcow forum & migrate the non-lolcow material to a different forum

Emphasize the lolcow content & migrate only the political and countries stuff to a different forum

Keep the political and countries stuff but deemphasize them and move them to news and events.

Keep the political material & country subforums the way they are
