He'd have to get a job, unless he's happy living in a shack in Montana or something. The FBI would probably be hounding him constantly, too, which would be pretty funny.

If Null was still living in the US, he would've gotten so fed up with society and people in general that he would've ended up in Slab City where he would've made a living as their local ISP and overal internet guy, getting all the boomer hippies in Slab City on the internet:
