Researchers have sifted through more than 40 sizes to find out what countries as a whole have the largest penis sizes among nearly 90 nations:
1st place went to Ecuador at 6.93 inches
Last Place went to Cambodia at 3.95 inches
Data was obtained from nearly 90 countries with measurements independently verified. The group of researchers avoided using studies where men had self-reported their penis size. In cases where individuals had a fat pad above the penis, this was slightly compressed to help with measurements. The measurements were averaged for each country and converted to inches for comparison between different countries.
Out of the top countries, half were in Africa while three were in South America, North America and Europe. Only one of the top nations for penis size was in Asia
In 2015 the British Urology Journal published a study of 15,000 men from three continents and found that the average penis size worldwide was 5.16 inches. Data collected about male height per country found little correlation between height and penis size. The study did not look at the circumference of the shaft by country. However some studies have suggested a link between its length and height including a paper involving nearly 5000 italian men which found height is proportional to length when it is both flaccid and erect. Excess fat in the pubic area in people who are obese can give the appearance of a smaller penis.
Doctors say penis length is mainly determined by genes rather than lifestyle.
