Vinesauce is a group of streamers who play videogames on Twitch.tv.

The members (and if they are currently live) are listed on vinesauce.com. The group currently includes Limealicious, Potato, Imakuni, Jen, Rev, Fred, DireBoar, and of course, Vinny and Joel.

Vinny is essentially the face of Vinesauce, streaming a variety of games both new and retro. His Sunday streams are a large draw, when he plays trash/weird games.

All of his streams are archived on Youtube, both highlights...

and full streams!

Vinny also streams corruptions, taking stockpiles of games people have run through the corrupter and seeing what clown vomit nightmares grace his screen.

Vargskelethor Joel is a Swedish metalhead whose claim to fame is being insane enough to complete Desert Bus.

He's also notably ran two Doom Mapping Contests, playing over 250 fan created Doom wads.

The group also runs Variety is Hope (Twitch channel), hosting charity streams that feature Vinesauce and friends. The main charity stream features incentives for each donation goal.

Both Joel and Vinny do art sections, showing fanart posted on the vinebooru at the end of their streams.

I’ve began to hate vinesauce as have grown up especially joel. i can’t bear to listen to someone scream like a banshee to a bunch of retards for 2 hours.

I was put off for a number years to Vinesauce cause I thought his name was cringy like those commercials that would force shit like "AWESOMESAUCE" in fucking 2018. Now he's the only youtuber I like.

I'm unfamiliar with the whole Vinesauce thing but I've heard unflattering things about the community. In discussion about a year ago fellow brought up that the fanbase, or fanbases had been trying to pressure some of these guys into taking a stance on issues like trans rights and politics. Care to comment? I'm sure there are some real kooks in the various communities on Reddit, Discord and whatever.

The Twitch chat has been a hellhole for years now, with "Trans rights", "ACAB", and various other of-the-moment political slogans being spammed whenever anything happens in a game. There's also the issue of furries and shippers, but that's hardly unique to Vinesauce.

The only serious issue I can think of off the top of my head is Imakuni's stalker, Taylor. Tldr, creepy faggot has been stalking her for over ten years now, causing her to stop streaming for long periods of time.

There's likely much more drama, but I avoid chat like the plague and haven't bothered searching for any. There's probably some info buried in the Kiwi thread, but that thread all too frequently devolves into gay shit, like spending multiple days speculating about Vinny's sex life.

It might be worth exploring. I'm sure each of these streamers have their own discord servers. I'm certain there's heaps of evidence lying around of past and present dramatics.

I'll give your Taylor link a read later.

Holy fucking shit, this. The Vinesauce thread might actually be in the running for the worst thread on the site. Every time I go in there to see what people are saying about a stream, there's always fucking random shit like someone sperging about some random tumblr blog they found that loosely accuses Vinny of acting untoward to a girl or some shit with no evidence. Some people legitimately even treat it like it's fact and Vinesauce is some monster or some shit and it's like... What happened to just watching the funny streamer?

Anyway, I know it's a dead thread, but so what. Activity is activity.
I don't have too much experience with Vinesauce, but I've certainly heard about it over the years. I've intentionally tried to stay away from it as much as I can, since they associate with an individual I consider utterly putrid and vile; Even if I didn't have that "bias", I still don't really see the appeal of Vinesauce or its humor. I guess sometimes Vinny (The only member people seem to care about btw, maybe Joel too IIRC?) makes a funny joke that turns into a meme, like Granddad, but it doesn't seem like content that is worth watching for the most part. There seem to be plenty of problematic people that use Vinesauce as a proxy to get across their toxic views, among other things.
