Toyosi Lawani, CEO Tiannah Empire and fashion stylist, has taken to her Instagram page to bemoan and condemn the recent epidemic of gay men marriage deception today. She has exposed that many gay men in Nigerian, including certain celebrities, are marrying women and having kids yet sleeping around with other gay men. She mentioned that these gay men look all manly and straight, yet are secretly homosexual and cover up their true sexuality from the public and even their women.
In Nigeria, homosexuality is prohibited by the law and anyone who is caught practicing it would bag a 14 years jail term. Lawani having personally witnessed a close male friend having sex with another man who openly display love with his wife on social media has called for a quit on this pretense that she knows is often practiced by many across the country. She posted this on her Instagram page:
“CAN WE TALK ABOUT HOW G*Y MEN ARE HAVE NORMALIZED BEING MARRIED WITH KIDS AND SLEEPING WITH MEN AROUND LAGOS , LIKE SERIOUSLY I CANT EVEN GET OVER WHAT I JUST SAW AND I SEE THIS NIGGA WITH HIS WIFE FORMING LOVE ON SOCIAL MEDIA AND NIGGAIS FUCKING WITH MY GUY SOME OF YOUR FAVS ARE IN THIS TABLE,
