He's probably self medicating with alcohol and street drugs.

To be fair, high quality psychiatric care in America is almost impossible to get. This may be his best hope.

I've noticed that whenever he seems to be self-medicating with, as you said, alcohol and street drugs he seems to either go on long winded rants about PaladinBoo or make sock accounts and skin walk as other female Kiwi Farmers. It really is quite tiresome. Mainly because it derails the threads on here.
