Computer & Internet Related Online Safety Acts and the likes.

There was also a myriad of petitions in the UK signed by hundreds of thousands of people demanding the government to repeal said acts only for the UK government to respond by refusing to repeal said act and further bullshitting the public.
It's called democracy. You get to scream as loud as you like, but no one will listen. Just make sure to get the police's permission beforehand and stay within the designated protesting area.

The problem is multifaceted though. All kids have smartphones these days and social media sites (like (P)reddit) have not come up with a solution to protect kids from porn that's any more sophisticated than a checkbox in the Account Settings. As a matter of fact, it has gotten worse today. Steam, GOG, Itch.io all sell porn. Bluesky, X and Reddit have explicit content. Reddit even have native advertisement for pot on their front page. So jailbait and pot. Now let's get back to games, even non-NSFW and mainstream games have become borderline pornographic with all the fan service. I haven't looked it up, but I'm almost certain that fuels the desire for real porn. There has to be some study about that, I'm just too lazy to look it up rn.

Ok, now to the real porn sites https://rumble.com/user/SoundInvestigations

All of this has gotten out of hand. This gives greedy and power-hungry elements a chance to take advantage of this situation. Orgs created to combat porn have not been able to do much. Even when they've had some success by shaming VISA into disallowing monetization of extreme pornography and rape, there was consequently a big hoo-ha about censorship and monopolies directed at VISA. Although that criticism has its merits in general, the timing looked really bad for those aware of the context. Meanwhile, all of this has been accessible to children to view, and evidently, many have. As is known, first exposure to porn is on average at 11-12 years old.

It's a big problem, and to add to that, we have tyrants taking advantage of the situation rather than having leaders organizing actual solutions that don't disempower us by taking away our right to privacy.
