Something I noticed on myproana and stuff is the bulimics are also way more prone to poly substance abuse while the anachans aren't. Like the bulimic section is always talking about how they like drinking every night or wanna use various hard drugs to help lose weight. And while I seen a few posts about ana chan's wanting to do ADDYs or something to suppress their appetite it's far less common
