Why is Jersh complaining?

He's the one that started his fight. He should expect to take a hit or two in the face.

If he wanted a war with LFJ then he's got it. Beggars can't be choosers and Jersh can't choose what methods LFJ decides to use to fight back. This is on Jersh so it should be expected that he takes responsibility for starting this fight in the first place.

The fair use exemption for copyright has literally nothing to do with revenge porn. It almost certainly applies in this instance, and even if it did not, Josh is 100% morally correct by not taking down those pictures because copyright trolling is just pure scumbag shit.

I just actually remembered something too about this. LFJ's strategy is not new. His law firm had lawyers who were in the peanut gallery during the Vic whateverhisname anime voice actor defamation trial, basically just trash talking and feuding with Nick Rekieta back when the latter was not synonymous with being a child abusing drug addict cuckold. One of their lawyers was a Jewish lawyer named Akiva Cohen, who threatened to sue Kiwi Farms because they posted a picture of him. Cohen's speciality was copyright law, and if I am not mistaken, he was (or is) employed by the exact same law firm LFJ has hired. That may be where this strategy came from, because someone at that firm is most confident that a win by copyright abuse is more likely than defamation, which I think is pretty obvious.

I'm of an age, that I can remember Alex Jones NYE broadcast, making out WW3 had started. I think the reason I dislike Jones MOST, is the fact he tries to make out he is Bill Hicks.... which is retarded, as Hicks was way taller than Jones.

Alex Jones has so many holes in his head, Iā€™m surprised it took him this long to finally croak from all the cocaine heā€™s been giving himself and his exes for a while now. I never believed that Jones hasnā€™t taken any illegal drugs. His wife did meth, but somehow Jones didnā€™t touch the hardcore stuff? I mentioned Hicks, as his partner was Kevin Booth, who produced Hicks, and was at Waco, and shot the video of the tank with flames, admitted to dealing coke to cover the costs of producing Hicks. Ironic, as Booth produced the American Drug War.

Another baffling one was a greying, obese middle aged novelist kiwi bird with the typewriter. Has any real art or artist ever come out of that forum? Most of the users love AI slop and have AI slop avatars. All the guys stalking an actual published author like Patrick Tomlinson can't and don't write.
