Are you seriously trying to correct a native spanish speaker. The title refers to someone being mad so no, it's not an acceptable translation unless you put something like "iracundo con/hacia el internet" but it just doesn't sound right. Spanish do be like that.To really get the point across, you can also use 'Ira' (meaning 'Rage' or 'Wrath' in Spanish) to show anger directed at something.
'Ira con el Internet' is also an acceptable translation for the title 'Mad at the Internet' from English to Spanish.
