Why is this the case? The Mormons blindly obey authority and they are far less likely to question the ethics that goes on within the American government. They don't have to worry about their Mormon employees becoming whistleblowers (like Edward Snowden) because the Mormons are taunt since birth to never ever question authority. If CIA agents rape kids in Africa or if the American Military bombs a hospital with babies then the American government doesn't have the worry because the Mormons will keep a tight lip because they're taught to blindly obey authority at all times (even if what the American government does is horrifying).

Even in the American South where the Bible Belt is, a state like Alabama is a poor place to host an intelligence agency because even Christians there don't trust the American government that much.
