Those are based on public records related to house ownership, court records that list defendant's address, or purchased from e-commerce sites (or the ad related side businesses) or hacks to populate data. You can request your data removed from them easily but whenever a new data set is added, they'll have it again. KF uses data from breaches for doxxes most of the time. If you have someone's username/email and they reused it on a now hacked site, it'll reveal personal information. Running the site, he's probably aware of that and uses aliases for all online transactions.

There has to census information.
