Admittedly I didn't know Alaska used a borough system and that's why I pointed to Puerto Rico as it's largest current possession and has asked for statehood previously. Allegedly doing better but hearing mixed things. Some saying still in the hospital and some saying still in the shelter. Either way she wasn't kicked out. So that's good. She didn't do anything wrong. It just doesn't seem like anyone can place her wearabouts with any certainty currently.

Tophia was just clogging their system up and taking up space. I don't think she even applied for fucking Medicaid or mental health services for survivors.
