For real though we are much smaller but much more active in terms of variety of thought and freedom of expression. We don't ban people over cheese. The fact that the cheese ban even happened is just insanely retarded. Another difference is this site doesn't have a Prospering Grounds or Reddit Gold section, both of which would violate Section 230 and put the site at risk of lawsuits as it wouldn't qualify for Safe Harbor status. Which is odd. You would think Josh would want his site to qualify for Section 230 to protect free speech but he violates nearly every bit of it. Section 230 is pretty cut and dry so you would have to be either illiterate and/or retarded to disagree with that statement. The more he mass bans people over cheese and Kino Casino and for outing his mods for being predators, etc. the more he is showing his true colors.

Holy christ this is gold. For those confused, Earl of Slander(as well as the Liquid Tyler Youtube sock account) is one of the sock accounts of anliteralidiot. Just read any of the posts the two write and it's incredibly obvious. Sometimes Pathos will write for Earl so there will be a completely different writing style for days at a time but once you know that it's just sad. They slip up pretty often like when anliteralidiot said she had gotten my FOIA and then less than two days later Earl said it came from them. Oopsie daisy! The Kino Casino thread was really embarrassing for Josh and his children today. He literally went "ackshually it's ephebophilia, the age of consent is 17 in Texas and 16 in Canada, the girl is a known liar, and the school could have reasonably been a college, which Warski thinks is like high school" to defend Warski from pedophile accusations over the Snapchat incident.

Nobody has ever said a guy who preys on 7-year-olds is the same as a guy who preys on 17-year-olds. However, they are both pedophiles because neither 17-year-olds nor 7-year-olds have the judgment to make fully informed decisions about whether or not a relationship is predatory, and 18 is the age that all developed countries agree is when someone can begin to make decisions on their own. There's a lot of development between 17 and 18 so "she was 17 years 364 days and 23 hours old" isn't a valid argument.

I find it very hard to believe someone as stupid as Warski hasn't seen at least one teen comedy movie or TV show or whatever that takes place in college, even if he's never set foot on a college campus. That alone would tell him colleges don't have uniforms. That colleges aren't as protected and strict as high schools is common cultural knowledge, even for idiots like Warski.
Josh also flat-out stated that Andy Warski did not stream CP on 2/28/2019, and he admitted that he only cut off Dax Herrera after Vito started hogging the airtime owed to the cheese master. The thread mentioned that Josh only cut off Ralph after Ralph made fun of him and he cut off Rekieta after Rekieta lied to him, but even more incriminatingly, Josh was going to help Chris after the Barbcest and only stopped when he found out Chris had destroyed a possible defense by taking money from Barb.

This guy does not care about protecting children. He only amplifies pedo accusations because it makes him look good and they generate drama, which is the entire point of his site. Everyone on KF is being played for a fool if they think they're part of a movement to protect the internet from sex pests.
