I've said it before and I will continue to say it again... the gaming scene has been taken over by retards that will support anything, even when it's shit. And then they wonder why it's so stagnent.

The ones that support Remakes/Remasters are the worst though, because then they will jump through hoops trying to justify why the """update""" is better than the original even when said update has everything going against it, including the very things the same people criticize about modern games to begin with. And then you're the bad guy when you point out their hypocrasy.

They are too stupid to realize that they're feeding into these corporations' mindset that it's okay to be creatively bankrupt by buying these remaster/remake games. Just re-release your old games with minor graphical tweaks and charge it full price. Their retard consoomer will buy it anyway in the name of nostalgia. I think Square Enix is the most egregious with the remake/remaster thing, especially with the Final Fantasy series. From the lazy remaster of the FF 1 - 6 and milking FF 7 by turning it into a trilogy.

The whole point of remakes/remasters (besides to make money duh) was to make something better than the original with better controls and new content added to it to support continuity with what eventually happened in the sequel releases that came after it. Not completely changing the art style, none of this alt universe bullshit, and certainly not to rewrite history like the trend had become a long time ago.

Most of these retards just want to complain because they are trolls who like complaining and wasting everyone's time. Can't blame developers for adopting a half assed work mentality to spite them. Could essentially rapture them to heaven and they'd still say hell was better because its warmer and where they belong.
