The fucking irony of it all? When I said I was suing Josh and the Farms for literally an identical case they hand waved it away. Called it a "lolsuit". The only differences are for fair use arguments the Farms relies on short text posts, an even weaker argument, where Denims and co have nontent videos and Ethan can add harassment to his case where I can add doxxing to mine. Otherwise the two cases are identical. Both had registration before the act infringement occured. Both are cases of willful Infringement. Like it's astounding their lack of self-awareness and how dumb they are in regards to basic laws. I'm excited to see their cope posts about my lawsuit though now that this happened because they have no logical response and can only MATI post.
 
Josh has successfully gotten his most fervent of users to turn on "the last cool kid on the internet" Mister Redditkur because he won't disavow VTubers. Count on Redditkur to just ignore or joke aloofly about any ill messages coming his way because he's smart enough to not attack Josh or his website. Note that everyone knew this about Metokur for years and are only now coming coming out with their hatchets now that Josh called him out for it last week. Is Josh getting a little too big for his britches in regards to his moralfagging? Will Redditkur turn the sweetie squad on Josh and Kiwifarms? Stay tuned.

What is with these hyperfags and their fixation with, "Come talk to us on the Farms. Noooo don't use your Youtube or social media do it here!" They're so fragile because they know anywhere else they can't shout people down and will be torn to shred by people using any sort of logic or reason. I just don't understand how they don't see this constant begging for attention as the cringe it really fucking is.

And it's to general more traffic to the farms. Everyone already hates their guts enough to just ignore them or tell them off if they try to pull their usual tricks. Besides they are a different brand of lolcow compared to the average kind. But like the rest of them, they are ignorant of their ignorance.

I just don't see what good generating more traffic even does for them. It's costing them money. They can't run ads, can't have a bank account, Null has had at least 3 lawsuits thrown at him in the last month and several more mediation suits in the Copyright Claims Boards, what the fuck good does it do? It just amplifies their retardation and expedites the date that the site folds because this time next year Take It Down will be in effect and federal oversight will be in place and everyone knows they cannot survive that.
