They are not a deep people with actual convictions. They have no historical conservatism or even understanding of it. For all of their rattling about saying nigger online, look at how often they'll clap like seals when the known blacks on the site say something in agreement with them about niggers. It's all nonsense. It's all without any real belief. It's just schizobabble because times now suck for them without any guiding principle. It's why they constantly follow a morbidly obese man's increasingly deranged takes: it makes them feel like there's a reason it sucks for them now and that is trannies somehow ruining every interest they have.
I don't think gangbangers are capable of enough high level thought to even present it as a legal defense; it's entirely their government provided counsel claiming such.
