I do think that he killed her, he just happened to replace the drywall and do a deep clean after she went missing. Has he been dismissed by the police? I know they interviewed him a lot.
He also made up a very unlikely story that Elora was going to do survivalism and that she was like Rambo as @Nektar Geist mentioned. This is an intellectually disabled woman with very young children. Many people are skeptical, not just on Kiwi Farms.

Kiwifarms user AN/ALR56 claims that "until recently" it was completely normal to beat and murder your wife for cheating on you, even going as far to say this was seen as the "honorable" thing to do.

"Crime of passion" was how that was codified into law in the west, usually. You claimed mental duress of seeing your spouse cheat and that made you kill her. That defense would either be considered by the judge as an instant dismissal or the jury as as justification. Here is a law only repealed in 1973 in the US.

People would/could rock up to a courtroom and go "yes sir I was not being shot at and yet my feelings got so big that I couldn't stop myself from tard raging and killing someone. Please let me go free now that I've proved I'm too dumb to manage my feelings." And the jury would go "yeah that sounds legit" lmaooo

The legalese behind it is mostly sound: you were in a compromised state so your actions were not rational. In practice, it just was used as a defense to kill your spouse. The law was far more asymmetrical then in prosecutions back then with the same defense that lingers today: "My husband was abusive." It's just that today men can't claim their wife was a whore and that's why you murdered her and get away with it.

It's fairly true for them as well. They were terminally online in the libertine era online and were fine with it then. Look at the dichotomy they draw between "woke" and historically progressive media: they justify the progressive proselytizing in media up until roughly 2012 (the time in which they on average became adults) because they agree with it in principle. It simply went too far to their liking. Trannies were the line in the sand of progress that couldn't be crossed so they regressed into culture war tards with politics based entirely around their ability to say nigger online and hate on autistic males in drag. They are not a deep people with actual convictions. They have no historical conservatism or even understanding of it. For all of their rattling about saying nigger online, look at how often they'll clap like seals when the known blacks on the site say something in agreement with them about niggers. It's all nonsense. It's all without any real belief. It's just schizobabble because times now suck for them without any guiding principle. It's why they constantly follow a morbidly obese man's increasingly deranged takes: it makes them feel like there's a reason it sucks for them now and that is trannies somehow ruining every interest they have.

I don't think gangbangers are capable of enough high level thought to even present it as a legal defense; it's entirely their government provided counsel claiming such.
