John Oseni, a celebrated 18 years old tech prodigy, has been recently exposed for startup scam and fraud on X. Everyone has been left in shock by this recent revelation. How can these national and internationally celebrated tech whiz kid be a lie? How can an 18 year old boy rip adults of bout 40k dollars? . These have been the questions haunting the minds of everyone who had heard and read about this recent revelation.
This story of hurt and betrayal begins with a X user @czar, a great coder, who started the year 2023 in high spirits, only to later find himself in a web of deception by Oseni. Oseni, in the early part of the year, pitched a startup idea to @czar. @czar's government name is Ayotomide. Ayotomide decided to jump on the project based on the false promises from John Oseni. With Ayotomide and other brilliant tech minds, Oseni was able to bring to life the excellent project. John Oseni had the Nigerian developers to fly into Nigeria from the various countries they were residing in at that moment. He promised them that there were hungry investors waiting to acquire the project after completion. These lies made these brilliant minds to pour all their time, efforts, and a lot of personal finances into the task with less than 20 dollars monthly compensation from John Oseni. They all hung to the hope that in the end, they would all reap the fruits of their labour bountifully.
However, later on, with a lot of time going back and no tangible milestone or progress attained from their works, the team began to suspect a foul play. During this period, Oseni had acquired new gadgets and was being celebrated within and outside the shores of Nigeria. He kept promising the team that money was coming. The fog became clear when the CEO of the startup that was being developed contacted Ayotomide {@czar} that Oseni was shady. Prior to this contact, Ayotomide and other developers had never met or communicated with the CEO. Oseni had always been the middle man in each communication.
The team organized a meeting which Oseni failed to attend and in that meeting, it was revealed that Oseni had swindled the CEO of 40,000$. Oseni proceeded to kick Ayotomide out of the Github where he had poured his efforts and expertise into the false project and going forward, no one heard from him again.
