I really don't like the fat acceptance movement whatsoever. If someone can lose the weight, they should (I do understand some people have health complication where they can't lose weight so I understand). However, embracing obesity and the health complications from being obese like Cancer, Diabetes, Heart Disease, Fatty Liver Disease and being immobile is the wrong thing to do. I hate how a lot of fast food joints are designed in a way people crave for more instead of filling people up with lesser portions.

You don't even need smaller portions you just need to burn more calories than you take in to lose weight and eat more calories than you burn to gain it.
Reason: If you just excercise more you could eat more.
Back in highschool I saw some real fatties joining the school's sports team.
Weight loss is just basic mathematics, figure out how many calories you need to maintain weight and eat 500 calories less.
