I can't buy a t-shirt

Every time I enter my address to buy a shirt, it always says it can't calculate the shipping costs.

I tried entering my address in multiple ways, quad checked if I made any kind of spelling error / missed a box, tried using apple pay, nothing works.

Is something wrong with the store, or am I just making some kind of mistake?
